Best possible location, comfortable bathroom.
Location just off Peniche, fish market, and the restaurants where the locals go to eat. And very close to Igreja Senhor do Calvario.

Spent my easter here and had a great time! the breakfast was fantastic with a great selection to choose from. the location made it easy to get around and explore the area, as it was very close to the main attractions and activities. Another great aspect was the friendly and helpful staff who made the stay unforgettable!
There were a few things that could be improved upon. The coffee wasn't to my liking, and I wish there was a proper coffee machine available.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. From the comfortable beds to the excellent shower in the well-decorated rooms, the hotel did not disappoint. The location was also perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The staff provided great service and the basic amenities were all in place. One detail that stood out was the breakfast with its limited options, allowing guests to choose a variety of items.
All was well, no improvements needed.

The accommodation at Mercearia D'Alegria was top-notch, and I immediately felt comfortable in my room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was also convenient, with easy parking available. I also enjoyed the included breakfast, which had a wide variety of options to choose from. The highlight of my stay, however, was the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and even provided free bikes for me to explore the surrounding areas. I highly recommend Mercearia D'Alegria Boutique B&B for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
One drawback I noticed was the limited seating options on the patio. It would have been nice to have some more relaxing chairs to unwind in the afternoon.

The staff at the hotel were great. They recommended us some good restaurants and activities nearby. They were talkative and funny. In our room, there was a free bottle of water. We liked the wooden bench in front of the bed and the window in the bathroom. There was also a nice area with big windows where we could sit and relax.
We felt very well looked after, no reason to complain.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The vintage style house and cozy backyard gave it a unique and laid-back atmosphere. The attention to detail was evident with nice notes in the room and a clean environment. The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was ideal, very close to the beach and with easy access to downtown. The comfortable bed and excellent shower in the room ensured a good night's sleep. Plus, the breakfast, although with limited options, was fresh and tasty.
The only small improvement I can suggest is to have curtains or blinds in the rooms to block out the street light at night.
